Abstract

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward a series of new ideas, new thoughts and new strategies for adhering to the rule of law in an all-round way. Starting from the overall situation and strategic height of adhering to and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics, it reveals the future trend of the rule of law in China. At the beginning of the Fourteenth Five-year Plan and the Centenary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, it is an important task for the humanities and social sciences to learn and implement Xi Jinping's thought on rule of law and make better use of its guiding practice. For this reason, we invited professor Ye Qing and Mo Jihong to explain the rich connotation of Xi Jinping's thought on rule of law from two angles: fair justice and foreign rule of law, hoping to promote the deepening of academic discussion.
